Yes. Pool owners never pay. The price is per technician on your team — owners get the app and updates as part of your subscription.
Do you charge per pool?
No. We charge per active technician seat. Add as many pools and owners as you like.
What if I have one tech but more than 60 pools?
You can stay on Solo for now or move to Crew at a single-seat rate (NZ$39/mo) for unlimited pools. Talk to us — we’ll work it out.
GST?
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. NZ customers will have 15% GST added at checkout. AU customers pay the listed price — no GST applies.
Annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and save the equivalent of two months. Available on Crew and Fleet.
Can I migrate from another platform?
